Naturopathy can support a wide range of concerns, including digestive issues, hormonal and menstrual problems, fatigue and low energy, stress, anxiety and sleep, skin conditions, immune health, weight management, and chronic or complex conditions. We also offer integrative support for people going through cancer treatment, working alongside their oncology team. Our focus is on finding the underlying causes rather than only treating symptoms.
-

We take time to understand the whole person and work with your other healthcare providers.

Your Naturopathy/Nutrition initial consultation is approximately 60 minutes for a full assessment covering your health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle and any test results, and it ends with a personalised treatment plan. Follow-up consultations take about 30 minutes and are used to track your progress, review any test results and adjust your plan as your health changes. Psychology sessions are generally a standard hour, which you can confirm with the practitioner.
-
Please bring any recent blood tests or other investigation results, a list of your current medications and supplements (or the bottles themselves), and any relevant specialist letters. It also helps to think about your main health goals before you come.
-
We’ll talk in detail about your health concerns, medical history, diet, sleep, stress and lifestyle. Your practitioner may recommend testing, then put together a personalised plan that can include dietary changes, nutritional or herbal medicine, and lifestyle strategies. You’ll leave knowing your next steps.
-
Depending on your needs, we may recommend functional pathology such as comprehensive stool analysis, hormone testing, food intolerance testing, nutrient and mineral assessments, genetic testing or a review of your existing blood work. Tests are only recommended when they’ll inform your treatment.
-
Some herbs and supplements can interact with medications, which is why we always review everything you take before prescribing. Sarah’s background as a Registered Nurse means interaction safety is a priority, including for clients having chemotherapy or taking complex medications.
-
It varies from person to person. Some clients notice changes within a few weeks, while long-standing or complex conditions usually take longer. We’ll discuss realistic expectations with you and monitor your progress at each follow-up.
-
Fees vary depending on which practitioner you see, and you’ll see the exact cost when you book online, so there are no surprises. You pay per consultation, with no lock-in contracts or packages. Any supplements, herbal medicines or tests are discussed and agreed with you before they’re charged.
-
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. Payment can also be made over the phone for telehealth appointments.
-
With Sarah you can claim under Naturopathy or Nutrition and Taleah under Naturopathy. You would need to check with your fund to see if you can claim for these modalities to receive a rebate.
-
