A woman with short brown hair, wearing a light green blouse, sits at a kitchen counter holding a white mug with a brown drink inside. The kitchen has white cabinets, a stove, and shelves with plates and bowls in the background.

Sarah is a naturopath, nutritionist and registered nurse with more than 27 years of experience in healthcare, with a particular focus on supporting people through cancer treatment and palliative care. She founded Balanced Health in 2005 and has since supported more than 9,000 clients across Australia and internationally. After graduating from Griffith University in 1999, Sarah worked as a nurse in oncology, palliative care and emergency. It was during her time as an oncology nurse that she saw how much patients could benefit from nutritional and naturopathic support alongside their medical treatment, which sparked her interest in integrative care. Sarah is known for her sincere, practical approach, helping people manage complex medical conditions alongside their healthcare team. Her aim is to ease the stress and anxiety that can come with managing a health condition, so people can focus on the things they enjoy in life.
