Water is another important component of a healthy immune system, as it keeps the body hydrated and assists the body in removing toxins.

This can include the supplementation of Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Zinc. Zinc is a mineral which can also be supplemented as Zinc boosts a weakened immune system and increases the function of the immune system which decreases you chances of catching a range of infections which circulate all year round.
